Fitness at Home Workout

Here's my Tuesday workout. Since my abs were sore from Monday's workout, I decided to do a workout that looked less ab-focused. I repeated this twice. Next time I'll go for 3 repeats. As I'm posting this the day after, my arms and thighs feel a bit sore from this one. Don't you love feeling sore the next day?
