I'm going to try to see if I can keep this "Workouts of the Week" going. It will motivate me to workout at least a few times a week so I have something to show for myself. Here's an overview of my workouts this week:
Sunday: No workout
Monday: 1-2-3 Ab Workout
Tuesday: Fitness at Home Workout
Wednesday: HiitLite: Slim and Sexy
Saturday: Bishops Peak Sunrise Hike
The Pinterest workouts worked out pretty well for having done them for the first time. The sunrise hike was so amazing! I have to admit, my calves were totally burning by the end and my legs felt a little shaky going back done because they haven't done this hike in years but it felt really good. Even my shoulder blades/arms felt a little sore the next day (there's a part at the end where you have to climb the rocks and use your arm strength for grip).
