Unfortunately I only did two workouts this past week. Here they are:
Thursday - I did this workout from Pinterest again. I did it 2x this time instead of 1x. Repeat as many times as you can up to 3x. If you can keep pushing through to 3x, go for it!!
Sunday - I did Blogilates' Flat Belly Fat Burner HIIT Workout. It gets really tough at the end but power through as hard as you can!!! If you need a break, take a quick few seconds to rest and get straight back into it.
Feel free to share any home workouts that you do. I'm still trying to aim for 3-4 workouts per week. I know I'm still at like 2x a week but getting there! "Train insane or remain the same."
